"I had a major repair requirement. My boat is at Norris Lake and this is the second time I have had Land-N-Sea do a repair. When service is required and you are 300 miles from the boat, the whole experience is one of TRUST. We did all communication over the phone. I trusted what I was hearing from them. They checked the boat out, diagnosed the problem, pulled the boat, and made the repair and returned the boat back to my slip. When I went down to the boat I could not tell it ever left the slip. The boat was covered and clean as I had left it. To top it off I thought the cost was very reasonable. Thanks to Tom and his crew."
