| * RON LAND: has been a marine mechanic for over 25 years. He helps run our Tennessee Location. You can find him wrestling grizzly bears and going dock to dock in the spring making sure our customers are spending more time on the water. Ron is a day 1 veteran. He has been here since the start now his sixth year. |  |
| * Al Lawrence: With over 30 years of being a marine mechanic. Al is able to work on any size boats. He's our "cruiser" and inboard guy and can engineer just about anything to get the job done right. Al is in his fourth year now at LandnSea. |  |
| * Kenny Klausing Sr.: With over 30 Years as a Marine Mechanic Kenny knows just about everything there is to know about boats. He is the "ultimate boat lover." He lives on a boat year round on the river! With his son a boat down as his neighbor. |  |
| * BUSINESS MANAGER: Shelia Dirr......Shelia has an excellent background in accounting and business operations management. She runs the "behind the scenes" stuff at Land n Sea. She handles financing for our customers, and is the go to person for anything. She is the "mother" of Land n Sea and we've been happy to have her for coming on four years. |  |
| *Quality Control: Kenny Klausing Jr. Kenny does it all! He is the nuts and bolts of Landnsea. He knows just about everything you need to know about boating. He's the go to guy around here. He is an excellent detailer as well. He can do big things on a small budget, you will be very pleased with his work! When he's not running the lot, showroom, and service bay he's living life on his 42' houseboat on the river. |  |
