Mark ventured into owning his own car dealerships in the Middletown area and eventually fell into his passion: BOATS! Mark has owned his fair share of boats, buying his first at the young age of 17. He has owned large cruisers, small runabouts, a 34' Proline Center Console, to large runabouts. He is an avid boater and was particularly fond of Regal boats. He went to work for Regal in 2000 as the Midwest Manufacturers Rep. He was a very successful rep, helping to establish a brand identity in the Midwest Market. Covering over 13 states he got wore out and decided it was time for him to open up a Regal Dealership back home in Cincinnati ............................................
He started with 7 boats at the Cincinnati Boat show in 2005 and sold every single one. He then picked up Hurricane Deckboats, Sweetwater/Aqua Patio/San Pan Pontoons, and Nautiques by Correct Craft. Quickly he penetrated the Cincinnati Market and became a very successful dealer. At Landnsea we sell over 150 boats a year and have a booming service business. We are a top 20 Regal Dealer worldwide. ........................................
Mark has lived by the philosophy his father preached. At Landnsea we're not happy until you're happy. We truly believe the only way we can grow our business is by repeat business and referrals. Landnsea is a small store, but we sell only the highest quality of boats. In 2006 Mark's son Brian came to join and has been selling boats with his father ever since. We have seasoned veterans in service with Ron Land a marine mechanic for 25 years, Al Lawrence a Marine Mechanic for 20 years, Kenny Clausen a marine mechanic for 30 years, Tom Diekmeyer a Marine Service Manager for 15 years, At Landnsea we only have 12 employees, but over 200 years of marine experience.

FACTS ABOUT LANDNSEA:........ Many customers get confused when comming from 275 Westbound to Reed Hartman HWY. You see us on the right as you're about to merge to exit. So you'd think you'd turn right, right? WRONG! You actually turn Left when coming from the East, then go two stoplights up to the Kemper exit. Take the short on ramp up the hill and turn RIGHT on Kemper. Go past two stoplights, and we're on the RIGHT you'll see a US Collission Center and Boat Dealership, we're the Boat Dealership of course.....
